Mini Modular Cleanrooms for retro-installation into existing factory or laboratory space.

mini-modular-clean-roomCleanrooms are enclosed controlled environment spaces where the air quality is managed to reduce dust, microbes and other airborne contaminants to minimal levels. BSI’s 5295 and International ANSI/IEST/ISO 14644-1:1999 Standards specify the management and control of such environments. Airborne particulate cleanliness is classified by ISO Class by numbers of particles per cubic metre by micron size. Bigneat cleanrooms also meet the standards of the FED-STD-209 E Airborne Particulate Cleanliness Classes in Cleanrooms and Cleanzones.

In industries where the manufacture or handling of items such as medical devices and microelectronic products requires high levels of contamination control and classification of even the smallest particle or airborne molecular contaminant, a pristine cleanroom environment is required. Protect your products and processes from contamination with a correctly specified cleanroom.

Bigneat Modular Mini Cleanrooms may be supplied for air qualities to ANSI/IEST/ISO 14644-1 Class 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9.

Our modular construction comprises of 1 metre panels. The rigid construction (manufactured from mild steel, anodised aluminium with clear cast acrylic windows) is strong and easy-clean which is an advantage over ‘soft-wall’ constructed facilities. The only room-size limitation is the maximum width of 4 metres.

Bigneat Modular Mini Cleanrooms offer a cost effective alternative to traditional ‘built’ facilities. They are completely free-standing within existing building space.

Features include:

Positive and negative environment pressures
Temperature and humidity control
Airlock facilities for personnel, product and waste materials
Controls integrated into structure
Visible & audible alarms for incorrect airflow conditions
Traffic light system – safe to enter status
Lighting to customers requirements (White, UV Yellow, Black light)

Filtration used in MMC Cleanrooms

Pre-filtration; eliminates particles at 5.0micron or larger to an efficiency of 92% as defined in BS EN ISO 779.

Downflow sterile air; HEPA filtration (H14 Standard) eliminates particles 0.3micron or larger to an efficiency of 99.995% providing ultra-clean particle free air.
ULPA (U16 Standard) is available as an optional upgrade and has an efficiency of 99.999% for particle sizes of 0.1 – 0.3micron MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) as defined in EN 1822.

Filtration housings are roof mounted with a low level return route back to the filtration system.
